93 Norman includes a host of amenities, including a rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and BBQs, gym, and best in class Fob system for security and access control. We have teamed with Rogers and 1Valet to deliver a virtual concierge service. Internet is included in monthly rent. Heat & water included in rent.

Parking- $230 & storage lockers- $55.

You will need to provide a completed application which includes personal and financial references, proof of income, photo id, and last month's rent deposit. A list of instructions and requirements will be provided upon booking an appointment.

All units include designer kitchens with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances with built-in microwave, stackable laundry system, quality hardwood style flooring, designer plumbing fixtures and two tone cabinets.

Rent can be paid through Rent café tenant portal.

BBQs are not allowed on the balconies. Residents will have access to a rooftop patio equipped with gas BBQs.

Cardio & weight gym, two rooftop terrace with seating areas and BBQs.

Water & gas included. Units are sub-metered, tenants will be responsible for their hydro consumption.
